What is the process for sending Ashes, Hair or Fur?
The materials will need to be packaged in a sealed bag, taped at the end and placed into a padded envelope with your order number, name and name of the ashes.
The postal method you use to send the materials are your own preference although you will need to use at least a large stamp due to the thickness of a padded envelope. A padded envelope must be used to protect the ashes. Once we receive the ashes, hair or fur, we always inform customers to put their mind at rest. SamFire is based in Ironbridge, Shropshire and the address is sent to you within the order confirmation email.
