Customer Care

Here at SamFire Memorials 'care' is the most important aspect of what we do.  Our customers come to us because they have suffered a bereavement and will be seeking some comfort to help them in their grief. At the forefront of our minds is that these customers have suffered a great loss in their lives and will need the love and care that every grieving person deserves.

We love talking to our customers about the soul they have lost and building a picture of their lives together and how much the memorial jewellery will mean to them.  Every memorial jewellery piece is made with the utmost respect and care from start to finish.  This is incredibly important to us.  Our customers instil a lot of trust in us and we are privileged and honoured to work with them and their loved ones.

Communication is the key to a successful outcome.  We listen to our customers and ensure that all options are finalised prior to beginning the making process.  Sometimes a customer may want a different look to what is achieved and we work with them to understand their expectations and adjust our designs to suit.

Ashes, hair and fur are respected at all times.  We don't refer to 'orders' instead we refer to 'souls'.  We always ask for a loved ones name to be included in the notes.  Each soul has their own sealed clear storage with their name attached and are always referred to by their name throughout the entire process.

We are honoured to be a part of each souls journey and even though we don't know if fate is at play, we certainly feel part of their story and for that we are grateful to our customers.
