The Ashes Kit contains everything you need for sending cremation ashes, Hair or Fur through the post.
PLEASE NOTE: You only need to order one ashes kit for multiple items. You simply add the required amount of ashes into one bag. If sending two or more different sets of ashes then select the number of bags you will need and we'll include the correct number of ash bags to the one kit. If you're also sending hair in addition to ashes, select yes to sending hair and we'll include a bag for the hair too.

*Overseas customers will need to add their own postage to retrun the ashes kit as I can only include UK stamps.
The box you receive the Ashes Kit in, is also used to return the ashes.
The instructions that are contained within the box read:
1. Write the name of the deceased on the label of the ash bag. You’ll notice your order number is already written on the label.
2. Use the ash scoop provided to place the ashes into the bag. Approximately ten spoon measures will be plenty for one item but please provide more if you’ve ordered multiple items.
3. Press firmly down on the seal to make sure that the ashes can’t escape.
4. Place some tape over the end if possible as an extra level of security.
5. Place the ashes bag into the white organza bag.
6. Reuse the box that your ash kit was sent to you in. Place the address label on the front of the box, covering the existing label.
7. Place the ashes in the box, close the box carefully and tape the box shut.
8. Use a 1st Large stamp and place it on the top right hand corner of the address label. Alternatively, you may want to use a tracked service for extra peace of mind.
You will be notified as soon as the ashes are received and hopefully this will put your mind at ease. Any remaining ashes will be returned to you with your order.
